What extra benefits you are giving to your employees to motivate them?
 Employee where given incentives on the bases of work which they perform for the company for example life insurances, health insurances children education gratuity fund and facilities like free tea and launch, gym, pick and droop services which motivate the employee to grow further to get the next level of benefits In the company.

How you handle non motivated employees of company?
Give them supervision and friendly environment which they can archived
The goals easily working with their seniors without any hesitations    

Is the employer in the organization is satisfied with their job or not?
Yes, the employees are satisfied with their jobs because salaries are given. According to their expectations, salaries are also given on the 1st date of every month.

What are you doing to improve employee retention?
Successful organizations realize employee retention and talent management are integral to sustaining their leadership and growth in the marketplace. Becoming an Employer of Choice by retaining high-caliber employees in today's labor market should be the highest priority.

What are employee turnover and what HR methodologies you use to retain the employees?
 Last year the employee Turn Over was 9.0 %

Methodologies:
·         The company recognizes and celebrates success. Mark their passage as important goals are achieved.
·         Staff adequately so overtime is minimized for those who don't want it and people don't wear themselves out.
·         Provide opportunities within the company for cross-training and career progression. People like to know that they have room for career movement.
·         Provide the opportunity for career and personal growth through training and education, challenging assignments and more.
