Summary
According to this article, the author highlights his 25 year
experience as a psychologist about the transformation of leadership. He says
that leaders keep different ideological behavior and strategies to spend the
life. They are fully aware of how to handle the internal and external
organizational challenges. Moreover, their personalities are mainly divided
into seven categories according to action logic which reflect their
capabilities and capacities that make them a role-model leader in their
organization.
Having an understanding and quality to avail the opportunities
that other people are not getting, an opportunist prove himself a best leader.
Although it is difficult for seniors to
work with opportunist because an opportunist
harshly reject the feed back yet for younger executives they provide a
full working environment having a lot of risk.
Contrary to the opportunist, the diplomat welcomed the feedback
and behaves with senior in a diplomatic way so that a pleasant environment can
be created. According to research, Owing to obeying all they work as a junior
for a long period.
Another type of leader is “Expert”; they are the 38 % of all
professional. Experts always try to seek more knowledge, and to get
uninterrupted progress effectively, efficiently as well as perfectly.
The achievers are well awarded of complex understanding of the
world and supportive for juniors. Sometimes they have to face a lot of
difficulty with interaction to experts’ but it is instructive rather
destructive.
The individualists provide suitable and appropriate solution of
challenges as well as the tried their level best to fulfill the gap between
strategy and performance. They reject the irrelevant logics proposed by their
colleagues and boss that’s why they often feel irritation.
The Strategist accounts for 4% of leader and they can resolve and
handle any conflict easily. They are passionate to build strong personal and
organizational relationships. They work beyond the expectation of company.
The Alchemists are rare to find in any organization or somewhere
else. They justify with their work to achieve the assigned goal at daily basis.
To conclude, just a few people can be a alchemists but if
somebody has a desire to become a individualists and strategist he has to
change his methodology of his routine life
