recession.

corporate citizen. Participation matters now more than ever. It is not the time
to behave as if work is beneath you or to argue for a new title. By showing
sympathy, you can win the heart of your annoyed people.
It’s also important to offer
leaders hope and realistic solutions. Energize your colleague around change. Finally
think creatively to resolve challenges. There are lots of difficult forces
which are not in your control.
