What extra benefits you are giving to your employees to motivate them?
Employee where given different incentives on different levels in the company on the bases of work which they perform for the company for example life insurances, health insurances, pick and droop services for every but free petrol free convinces was given up to supervision level and the accommodation falsity and the education facility is given to the management level of the company

How you handle non motivated employees of company?
Create a work environment in which individual employee is to be motivated about work goals and activities these are the key to supervisory success in creating positive employee motivation and morale.

Is the employee in the organization is satisfied with their job or not?
Yes, the employees are satisfied with their jobs because salaries are given on time and bonus, are given after at every 7 month in the Qarshi. And benefit is also given to those employees who left the job before the time.
