Different certification program

Project management professionals or PMP certification course is offered by Project Management Institute. PMI started its journey in 1984 and now it has 370,000 members all over the world. The certificate has three main categories. They are – foundational standard, practice standards and frameworks and PMI standard extensions. The main purpose of this certification is to improve the success rate of projects in all areas by applying project management principles without compromising with standard.

Scrum certification program gave me a lots of information about different aspects of Scrum and its use. The lectures were new and effective. Some of my colleagues also attended the course by different instructors. This gave me a new experience and tweak my own process. My process was built on process and implementation. My colleague’s course was more advanced. His course was from business perspective mainly. He learned some new techniques about project management. After this course I learned that there are many ways to complete a project and I can choose anyone  of this.  To get this certificate, I didn’t attened any training. All I needed is one year experience and write a case study about a project where I applied my knowledge about scrum.

ITIL v3 is a globally recognized certification program. The course gave me a strong base in the industry and a higher move in my career. It stablished my skills about information technology systems and tools. The course also helped me to build a valued positive relationship with my customers. And most important – this course helped me to prove myself in the global market.
